Please register for your screenings ahead of time through the links below. Walk-ins will try and be accommodated, but there are no guarantees.
Earn Incentives
- $200 for completing the Biometric Screening and Clinical Health Risk Assessment (CHRA).
- Important! You must complete both activities to earn the incentive!
- $50 for completing the Skin Cancer Screening
