Check out Base Camp, a great leadership workshop focused on what it means to exemplify each leadership competency - Reimagine, Outfront, Drive, Develop, Connect and Passion. Take a deeper dive into the leadership language of Vail Resorts and how it shows up in the field. This is also a great opportunity to connect with other leaders on your leadership experiences.
WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES:
- Experience the core of each competency, and gain clarity and understanding of its meaning
- Leverage each competency to capitalize and expand upon the potential of their team
- Apply tools and techniques related to the competencies to do their daily job
